Message tech post. If you need to email feel free and ill try to help. I see your point as it started because it burned off the starter fluid (acting as the fuel). You could do as Sandmanz32 said and check your fuel pressure with a gauge to make sure you are actually able to send fuel to the injectors. The way I understand it if you have OHM's you should have fuel because the injectors have a resistance on them but im not completely sure. If you pull you timing cover you wont be able to check the timing again because it takes I believe 700+ revolutions of the crank to make the belt marks line up again.

I would eliminate stuff such as spark and so on but it does sound like you have spark but again I dont want to say for sure because you cant be sure unless you check. Also did you check the harness for volts to see if it is actually sending a signal to the injectors? Perhaps with the harness install something isnt right and you are not sending a signal to the injectors which in turn is not firing fuel now.
